4/28/2016 – “Right Way Roofing recently repaired our entire roof, and the entire experience was very positive. From the initial bid to the scheduling and actual repair work, we had a very good relationship with the entire team at Right Way roofing. 10/7/2015 – “We bought our house in 2012 from the auctions and we knew we had roofing issues, we put it off until we couldn’t any longer. Right Way Roofing was referred to me by a loss mitigation company I use for my customers. I emailed them for a quote, Gary came right out, showed me how Right Way did it the Right Way and I signed up without second thought. They came 10/5, started and by 5pm on 10/7 they were done. We have a 2 story tile roof with 2 a/c pads. They had to replace some plywood, some fascia board and had to widen the a/c pads in order to use those tiles to replace the 15 broken ones we had. I can sleep soundly knowing the caliber of workers, they had on our roof. Sebastian and crew did amazing, Kevin was the Project Manager and rocked it out. I would recommend Right Way to anyone and will to all my customers. PS Lori (co-owner) did an amazing job of closing the deal and assuring me that my experience would be a 10 of 10. 09/8/2015 – “I had my entire roof reworked by Right Way Roofing, Inc in August of 2015. I and my family were totally elated over the professional manner and quality of work that was performed. Gary arrived promptly on the date and time requested and immediately surveyed my roof and provided me with low cost options that would best suit my situation. At the time I was physically unable to accompany him on the roof so he volunteered to take before and after pictures to show me exactly what my roof needed. All areas of work was properly identified and corrected without deviation to our original agreement to include a most excellent job on my patio roof. Their crews worked tirelessly to get the job done on time in extreme hot Arizona weather and an unexpected monsoon burst of wind and rain. Two other companies were going to charge me two to three times as much money for even LESS WORK!! I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to find Right Way Roofing,Inc. 8/25/2015 – “I had Right Way Roofing come to my house to give me an estimate on my roof. They responded promptly and everyone was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The material that they used is of higher quality but was still in the range of my other estimates. Throughout the roofing process the crews were very respectful, cleaned up every day and did not leave behind any trash. The roof looks amazing and has not leaked. I highly recommend Right Way Roofing.”
1/6/2017 – “We called Right Way because of a small leak. Had them fix the leak but also asked for a bid for the entire roof. Gary provided us with a competitive estimate for the new roof. Then Kevin came out to find and fix the leak. First and second attempt did not work. He then had Johnny (the owner) come out to take a look. Johnny found several leaks and had pointed out that the problems were actually because of the types of doors previous owners had installed causing the structural wood to rot and allow water to seep through. They quickly patched what they could and gave us several recommendations for a permanent solution. And gave us a referral for a handyman. Each time they came to our home they were respectful and very professional. This is a family company and they are very friendly. We will be using them to redo our entire roof in the near future.” Howard H

When we received a free quote from them they put together a nice folder with all of the information we needed and sample colors of tiles we could choose from. They were professional from beginning to end. They were always available by phone and email which was very convenient. The guys that worked on our roof worked very quickly and did quality work. Feb 2017 – “Part 1 of 2, the first part of getting your roof replaced is getting quotes. Here is where you will become educated with all the different variations the roofing companies are about, having said that, I have found this company offers superior materials they will install, you will find nowhere else. This company took the time to explain what they will do, and why they use the most heavy duty products. Now I am waiting for step 2, the installation. I will follow-up with pics and more reviews, I plan to watch the entire process. But so far, they have earned 5 stars from me. And get this, they trust me, no deposit is required. No other company will offer this that I could find. Part 2, Right way roofing finished the job, to perfection. I watched and took pictures as they worked, I am very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone,. They are a 5 star company. March 2017 – “I’ve had a couple issues the last two years that have included an insurance claim. This last one was by far the least stressful of them both. From start to finish Right Way Roofing not only did what they said they would do but exceeded my expectations in every way. I made two appts for bids on the same day and Gary from Right Way Roofing was the first to show. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He even saved me money on some attic turbines I was going to have installed while changing out the roof. He told me of a cheaper way to accomplish my goal even though he could have easily made a few bucks charging me to install them. I look for character first in the people, its important to feel good about the people I have work on my house, Gary had good character. I was still going to get a bid from Johnson Roofing but they didn’t show and when I called they acted surprised that no one had called me to reschedule. Right Way Roofing had a large selection of colors and allowed me to see other houses they had put roofs on so I could pick the right color. My experience with Right Way was professional and personable the entire time. From Lori and Clarinda in the office to the actual crew who replaced my entire roof in two days. Thank you! October 2016 – “We had a microburst come down our street devastating many homes in its wake. Half of our roof was laying in the backyard and the rain was still pouring down heavily. I was desperate to find a roofer who would come over and tarp the roof so that I could keep the damage to a minimum. I heard over and over again that we don’t work in the rain. I called all the well known roofing companies and none would help. Finally I came across Right Way Roofing and the owner herself answered her phone and it was almost 6 pm by then and she said don’t worry I am going to send my brother in law Kevin over. He was at my home in fifteen minutes and tarped my house and then several of my neighbors who had similar situations. My roof is completely done and beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the kindness,, quality and most importantly the customer service.
