Storms don’t wait, and neither should you. Our emergency roof repair services are available to secure your home after sudden storm damage. Whether your shingles are torn off in a haboob or you’re facing water intrusion from monsoon rains, our licensed roofers act fast to prevent further structural issues.

Our emergency services include:

  • Leak detection and sealing to prevent water damage
  • Fast debris removal from the rooftop and gutters

  • Coordination with insurance companies for claims

Monsoon Damage Roof Repair

Arizona’s summer monsoon season brings high winds, intense rain, and sudden flooding—all of which can wreak havoc on your roof. Tile roofs may shift or break under heavy impact, while shingle roofs are prone to uplift and leaks.

At Right Way Roofing, we specialize in monsoon-related roof repairs that protect your home before minor damage turns major. Our expert team addresses:

  • Wind uplift and missing shingles
  • Water penetration from failed flashing
  • Gutter overflow and roof drainage issues
  • Roof sagging or structural weakening

We also provide detailed photo documentation and estimates to support your insurance claim.

Haboob Damage Roof Repair

Phoenix homeowners know the force of a desert haboob: a wall of dust, debris, and intense wind that can rip through neighborhoods in minutes. These fast-moving storms can dislodge roofing materials, blow off protective flashing, and clog ventilation systems.

Our haboob roof repair services include:

  • Inspection for wind-driven debris impact
  • Replacement of dislodged tiles or shingles
  • Cleaning and restoring ventilation
  • Tarping and sealing for exposed areas

Since haboobs happen suddenly, many homeowners are caught off guard. Our storm damage roofing contractors will secure your roof, protect the structure, and prevent internal water issues.

Hail Damage Repair

Phoenix may be best known for heat, but hailstorms can strike without warning, leaving behind dents, cracks, and granule loss. Hail damage can shorten your roof’s lifespan and compromise its ability to protect your home from future storms.

Signs of hail damage include:

  • Bruised or missing shingles
  • Dented metal flashings or vents
  • Cracked tiles or underlayment exposure
  • Loose granules clogging gutters

Our hail damage repair process includes a thorough inspection, material matching for damaged areas, and strategic repairs or replacements to ensure optimal results.

I had a new shingle roof installed by Right Way Roofing and I am very happy with the work they did! They installed the Titan XT shingles with the Natural Timber color. The installation was postponed by one day due to some bad weather, but Kevin and the crew came out on a Saturday and the crew worked hard on Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. Everything looks great, they did a very thorough clean up, and all questions/concerns were addressed and taken care of. I would definitely recommend them!

RWR is the first contractor I've ever used that I was completely satisfied with in all my 70 years. Johnny and his crew replaced my 25 year old shingled roof in 2.5 days working 12 hour days. Some of the issues you usually worry about are being able to communicate with the workers and, are they going to up the price after they get started. I even had a few sheets of plywood and facia boards replaced that i fully expected to pay extra for, but Johnny said he was not going to charge me. All the workers were very friendly and communicated any questions I had. Johnny, the supervisor and owner of the company was very passionate about his work and profession. If I had any questions or concerns, he would stop and explain why he was doing what he was doing.
I read a google review that RWR didn't like to come to Tucson to do work. They may not want to drive down from Mesa to do a $300 repair but I live 30 minutes south of Tucson and they didn't seem to mind working here. Actually, I got 3 other estimates. They were not the cheapest (by $500) but they were not the most expensive either.
I would highly recommend this company to do your roofing replacement.
It was a pleasure meeting Lori with Right Way Roofing Saturday at the Las Sendas Vendor Fair. I think the quality of material they use is impressive, especially considering that upgrade is not being passed onto the customer. I look forward to getting a bid to replace the underlayment in our house, any client roof needs moving forward, and they will hopefully be bidding to do my parents townhome development.

Right Way Roofing does things the right way! I cant say enough how much of a pleasure they were to have do my roof. Zach Munton was my sales rep and he was a real genuine person, no sales gimmicks. He gave me all the data and patiently let me make my decision. The gals in the office were a delight to deal with as well. Everything that we agreed to was done and done well. Jerry was my site foreman and was very communicative. He listened to all my wants and took care of them within the scope of his work, even a couple aesthetic wants he took care of with a smile. Scheduling happened just as it was discussed and the roofers showed up on time worked hard and respected my property keeping an eye out for my dogs. Its rare to find a company that executes well all the way through the process but they did it with grace, with a great product , great warranty , great craftsmanship and competitive pricing. I would highly recommend Right Way Roofing to anyone with roofing needs. What a class act!

After I discovered a roof leak that has probably been leaking since the house was built in 2018 (due to poor workmanship by the original roofing company), I called Right Way Roofing. Troy came to our house, found the problem, and gave us an estimate for the repair. He provide photos of the problem area along with the estimate. After I decided to have Right Way do the repairs, they called and gave me a schedule for the job. I was very impressed because they went right by the schedule. The materials arrived on a Friday as they said. A bit later that day, a trailer arrived for the debris. That same day, Javier, their superintendent arrived to check what was needed. The crew arrived the following Monday on schedule and began the job. Javier had a few other jobs to check so he wasn’t present all day but when he was present, he sent me photos as the job progressed. The photos showed the extent of the damage which required them to replace three sheets of radiant barrier roof decking. The job took two full days. The day after the job was completed, the trailer with the debris was removed and they cleaned our driveway. While they were making the repairs, Javier sent me photos of the repairs. After the job was complete, they sent me the invoice which was for the exact amount of the estimate plus a change order for the three sheets of radiant barrier plywood which was not included in the original invoice because Troy did not have the cost of the sheets. I was completely aware that there would be an additional cost for the radiant barrier plywood. There were absolutely no surprises when I received the final invoice. I am very pleased with the job done by Right Way Roofing. As I said, they performed the work according to the schedule they gave me. I am confident they did a very good job and we should have no further problem with the sections of roof they repaired. My compliments to Javier for how he stayed in contact with me by sending photos of each step along the way. He went out of his way to make sure I was aware of how the job was progressing. I highly recommend Right Way Roofing.

We were very pleased with everything from start to finish. The quote given was professionally done & they took the time to check things first, not just give a quote based on age & size of roof. When the project began Javier provided constant communication & photos of what was being done- really appreciated that! We only did the underlayment & had some new roof tiles that don't match our "not-available" color anymore, but the new was all put towards the back & can only be seen at a very particular angle - very pleased.
They worked with us on how we could split the payment on our cc's. They did what they said they were going to do & we HIGHLY recommend them.

Right Way Roofing did an excellent job replacing the underlayment on a portion of my roof. From my initial contact with the sales person Kevin, to Candra and the rest of the office staff, to Jeff and the crew that came and did the work everything was done with the utmost professionalism. I would not hesitate to use Right Way Roofing again or to recommend them to a friend. They use high quality roofing materials and the warranty they offer is awesome and transferable should I choose to sell my house. If you are looking for a roof repair or replacement there is only one way, the Right Way!

Right Way Roofing spent time with me explaining the process and quote. I wanted a color change on the roof to one more energy efficient which was different than what I originally said, but they gave me no trouble changing the color. I have both an asphalt shingle and a flat roof (over the garage). They took care of both and had longer warranties than their competitors. I also like that they have been in business over 20 years and have a good BBB rating. The workers communicated well what the schedule was and cleaned up daily. The nice man (Vicente?) who did the final coat on the flat foam roof did an excellent job making it look nice. I would recommend the company and use them again.

Top Types of Roofing Storm Damage and Ways to Respond

You may not know your roof has suffered from storm damage. Some forms develop slowly, hidden beneath the surface until they cause leaks, insulation issues, or mold. Below, we break down the most common types of storm damage in Phoenix and how to respond.

Wind Damage

Strong winds from monsoons or dust storms can lift shingles, shift tiles, and expose your underlayment. If left unaddressed, this creates paths for water intrusion and heat loss.

What to do:

  • Schedule an inspection after wind events
  • Check for shingle tabs lifting or tile misalignment
  • Repair damaged sections before the next storm

Structural Damage

Severe storms can weaken the very framework of your roof, especially if prolonged rain or heavy debris is involved. Structural damage often appears as roof sagging, visible bowing, or interior cracks on ceilings and walls.

What to look for:

  • Warped or sagging roof lines
  • Interior ceiling spots or drywall cracks
  • Uneven roof decking beneath the shingles or tiles

What to do:
If you suspect structural damage, call for a professional evaluation immediately. A delayed response can lead to collapses or widespread interior water damage. Our team specializes in comprehensive storm damage roofing repair services in Phoenix and will provide fast diagnostics and partner with engineers when deeper support is needed.

Heavy Rain and Thunderstorms

Torrential downpours can overwhelm your roof’s drainage system, leading to standing water, soaked insulation, and eventual ceiling leaks.

What to do:

  • Clean your gutters regularly
  • Install proper drainage solutions if pooling occurs
  • Inspect attic spaces after heavy rain for moisture

Tree Damage

Downed trees and limbs during monsoons or high winds can puncture roofing materials, creating sudden exposure to the elements.

What to look for:

  • Obvious puncture wounds or crushed roofing
  • Loose flashing or disconnected gutters
  • Branch debris accumulating around roof edges

What to do:
Remove any tree limbs immediately and avoid walking on the roof yourself. Our roofers can safely assess impact zones, replace damaged materials, and reinforce weak areas to ensure your roof remains in optimal condition. We also help you document the damage for your insurance company.

Flashing Damage

Flashing protects vulnerable roof joints—like chimneys, valleys, and vents—but it’s also one of the first components to fail during wind and rain. Once flashing is dislodged or warped, water intrusion becomes likely.

What to look for:

  • Bent, cracked, or missing flashing
  • Water stains near chimneys or skylights
  • Mold or mildew around the ceiling corners

What to do:
Flashing issues can appear minor but lead to major leaks. We offer targeted flashing repair or replacement and always check the flashing condition during our roofing inspections.

Hail Damage

While already covered above, hail can also result in:

  • Loosened flashing
  • Skylight or solar panel cracking
  • Subsurface roof membrane bruising

What to do:

  • Book a professional inspection after any hail event
  • Monitor granule loss or discoloration on shingles
  • Address small cracks before they widen

Mechanical Damage

Mechanical damage typically comes from satellite dishes, rooftop HVAC units, or solar panels becoming dislodged during storms. These installations can scratch or puncture the roofing membrane or underlayment if they become loose.

What to look for:

  • Loose mounts or flashing around mechanical units
  • Tearing or separation of roofing materials nearby
  • Leaks below HVAC vents or solar racks

What to do:
Have our specialists inspect the base of every rooftop installation. We’ll reseal vulnerable areas, repair any storm-related damage, and ensure everything is anchored correctly moving forward.
