Phoenix Foam Roofing Specialists
Foam roofs are growing in popularity throughout the Phoenix Valley for their durability and insulation from the desert sun. They’re easy to install and can last a lifetime with the proper upkeep, in addition to improved energy efficiency. Right Way Roofing is proud to offer extensive foam roofing solutions throughout the Mesa and Phoenix areas and beyond.
Why Choose Foam Roofing in Arizona?
The Phoenix Valley is notorious for scorching summer days and frigid winter nights. These temperatures wear down your roof and lead to a shorter roof lifespan and poor insulation. While other roofing solutions last around 10 to 15 years, a foam roofing system from Right Way Roofing can last for 50 years or longer. Foam roofs only need routine maintenance and recoating to last a lifetime in the desert sun.
Right Way Roofing proudly offers foam roofing repair, foam roof replacement, and re-coating for damaged foam along with foam roofing installation in the Phoenix Valley

Weather Resistant
Foam roofing protects your home from rain and wind, and it can even stand up against monsoon season and summer heat.
Lightweight
Foam roofing is lighter than modified bitumen roofing and single-ply roofing. While modified bitumen roofs can weigh up to 150 lbs per square inch, foam roofing weighs around 50 lbs per square inch. This puts less stress on the overall structure of your roof.
Insulates Your Home
Spray foam roofing insulates your roof and the rest of your home. When compared to other roofing options, foam roofs create energy savings of up to 30%. This saves you money in the long run on your energy bills, and your roof will pay for itself within 5 years.
Seamless Installation
The polyurethane foam is sprayed in one layer across your roof, creating a protective barrier across the entire roof. With no seams or joints, there is less of a chance for water seeping in and causing a leak.
Low Maintenance
Foam roofs require little maintenance to keep them durable and weather-tight. With a proper installation from Right Way Roofing, your new foam roof can last a lifetime.
Flexibility
The polyurethane foam can be sprayed on any style or shape of roofing, making the installation process that much easier.

“From the estimate through the installation all of the employees were Professional and cared for my property. In particular the tile Supervisor Javier visited often and kept me informed of progress. The office was responsive and made sure I was aware of work schedules so I could plan. I am extremely pleased with the work done and would recommend Right Way Roofing.”

“Want roofing done the right way? Then you need to call Right Way Roofing! 🔨 🏠 Hands down, it was the best experience we’ve had with a company. From estimate to installation, all their personnel were professional, courteous, responsive, and punctual. I’d personally like to thank Lori and Johnnie and their entire staff for the fantastic customer service. You all go above and beyond the customer service norms, and it shows in your quality of work and how you build lasting relationships with your clients.”

“The sales person who came to the house to provide an estimate did an outstanding job. He explained everything to me and laid out the prices clearly. The company includes a 30 year warranty on the replacement backed up by a 30 year warranty from the company that makes the underlayment. The materials were delivered exactly as promised, the roofers came early in the morning and worked most of the day in the August heat. The job was finished in a little more than 2 days. One of the reasons I chose Right Way Roofing is the underpayment they use. It is by far better than the paper underlayment quoted by other companies. The workers cleaned up the area around the house every day after they finished for the day. The supervisor made at least one stop each day and when the job was finished he came one more time and went all around the house with a magnet to pick up any metal objects such as nails, knife blades, etc that had fallen to the ground. He even went into my attic to reattach a vent pipe that was not glued at a joint. I could not be happier with the quality of the work, the attention to detail, the communication with Right Way Roofing. I would recommend them to anyone considering a roof replacement.”

“We had storm damage and I called RightWay to come and give an estimate. I signed contract that morning and they took it from there. John, Kendrick and Jose and his team were amazing. And I can’t leave out Heather. The house looks outstanding and they really do it the RightWay!! It was truly a pleasure doing business with them!!!!”

“I contacted Right Way Roofing to replace my shingle roof that had some significant wind damage. The initial contact was pleasant and smooth, they quickly sent out Gary to get me an estimate that was priced competitively with other bids. He was very thorough in his inspection and detailed on the estimate. Pricing was transparent and easy to follow. The service just got better from there. Once the work was approved, they quickly scheduled the crew to come out. The office staff was always polite and willing to work around my scheduling issues. Kendrick managed our job from start to finish and was always easy to work with, always making sure our concerns and wishes were met…The entire crew was great, and they did fantastic work. Very happy with the result, the crew went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great. Clean-up was done to a level that they left the place looking better than they found it. I would happily use them again and got several cards to recommend to my friends and family.”

“Wonderful company! After a severe hail storm, and seeing other obvious damage to our home, we had Right Way Roofing out to check out our flat foam roof. Their estimator Gary (who obviously was an expert in roofing) did a thorough inspection and determined there was severe damage…The crews cleaned up every day and when they were finished, you never knew they were there. Additionally, the final bill turned out exactly what they had estimated! Top notch all the way, thank you Right Way Roofing!!!”

"I wish I could mark more than 5 stars. Our experience with Right Way Roofing was excellent from start to finish. We had a tile roof that was over 25 years old but had not leaked and did not seem to be in any sort of distress. However, given that we live in a desert, we determined to replace the roof this year with as little environmental impact as possible. Right Way Roofing felt the same way. We were able to re-use many of our old tiles and replace only those that were broken or weakened. I believe this also saved us a bit of money. Now our roof looks brand new. The bird stops along the edge are much better than the "homemade" ones that came with the house when we bought it. We've shared our experience with friends and have given them the number to call for roofing repairs or replacements. Another highlight was the cleanliness of the crew. Each day, they made sure our roof (which was done during the monsoon rain season) was sealed up tightly and we experienced zero leaks. Furthermore, the crew cleaned up all of their trash at the end of each day. With the exception of the giant roll-away garbage bin in my driveway, you would likely not have known we were having our roof replaced. They arrived on time and worked all day. The workers were friendly but did not intrude on our lives. Such a great pleasure to work with the company."

"Johnnie and Lori, I just wanted to take a minute to drop you a note. All of your employees were courteous and worked hard. They are all nice young men who seem to want to do a good job and please the customer. In particular, I would like to mention two of whom I am especially impressed. They would be Dan and David. These two gentlemen are impressively knowledgeable and conscientious of the trade in general and of their particular area of expertise. Dan is the ultimate perfectionist. He went out of his way to make sure I am happy. David has so much pride in his work. I think he would rather do it all himself just to be certain it's done to his standards. He's even critical of the shade of paint he uses. What great young men. I sincerely do miss having them around. They are just good folks with which to be associated. And personally to Johnnie; thanks so much for spending time with us. We enjoyed your conversation with us more than you know. Thanks again and say hello to the troops."

"Dear Lori, Just wanted to write and let you know how pleased I am to have picked your company to re-roof my house. You all did a great job and it looks really great. All of your employees impressed me with their knowledge and friendliness. Also, they are to be congratulated on cleaning up every day after their hot day on the roof and also the final cleanup. I have seen other companies leave a terrible mess. When Earl came out and gave us his estimate he explained exactly what you all were going to do. He even made an appointment to meet with the insurance adjuster on our behalf. This was greatly appreciated. I knew then that you were the company I wanted to do my roofing job. Thank you for an excellent job and keep up the good work."

"To Whom It May Concern: I would like to commend Gary for doing a great job on the roof of my house last February. Gary even spent a lot of his time communicating with me via paper and pen, making sure that I understood and was satisfied with the work done since I am deaf. I am well-pleased with the outcome and would recommend The Right Way Roofing Company to other residents living in our community. Thank you."

"To the noble bunch at Right Way Roofing; you’re in a cut-throat profession; full of those charlatans. We see them swim into our area, do the snake charmer thing, and then try to sneak away before the pros come in. Well, you're the pros - and our loyalty stays with you. Thanks for tolerating my crazy husband. Thanks for the great job, again."

"I want to thank you all for the felt you dropped off at my house. I don't know how to thank you enough other than you can say you all helped out a disabled veteran with this goodwill gesture. I will recommend Right Way to my HOA and hopefully you may gain some business from them.”

"Hi April - Just wanted to thank you for your help in getting our roof repaired. You were always cheerful and had a "can-do" attitude in getting our questions answered/problems resolved. Hope your boss knows how great it is to have someone with a good attitude on the phone."

"Dear Johnny, Lori and April. Thank you so much for responding so quickly to our call and for the excellent service David provided. He's a wonderful ambassador for your company with his professionalism and genuinely warm personality. Please don't ever change!"

"Gary, Thank you so much for everything you did for us. When we get ready to do any repairs you will be the person we call. Thanks again."

"Thanks again for your courteous, gracious and kind assistance and consideration in the roofing project. Take care."

"Dear April, Thank you so much! Gary was a big help explaining everything."

"Your people do a wonderful job - Above and beyond very nice people."

"Thank you for a job well done!"

Foam Roofing FAQs
How long does a foam roof last?
A foam roof can last anywhere from 15 to 55 years. With the right installation, maintenance habits, and recoating appointments, a foam roof can last for decades.
How is a foam roof installed?
A foam roof is made of a spray polyurethane foam (SPF) that’s heated and sprayed on your roof with a special pump. Once the foam fully expands and hardens, a protective coating is applied to protect the foam and help it last longer.
How much does a foam roof cost?
Installing a foam roof will cost you anywhere from $7,000 to $20,000. The exact cost will vary depending on the size and shape of your roof. If you’d like an estimate of what your roof would cost, our contractors at Right Way Roofing are happy to give you a free quote.
How long does it take to install a foam roof?
Installing a new foam roof shouldn’t take more than a few days. However, the timeline can vary depending on the size and complexity of your roof.
How often does a foam roof need to be recoated?
Depending on the climate and other wear and tear to your foam roof, it should be recoated every 8-10 years. Right Way Roofing, Inc. uses 100% acrylic elastomeric, which is a 10 year coating as opposed to elastomeric, which is only a 5-year coating. Right Way Roofing, Inc. also installs limestone granules in between the two coats of coating to increase tensile strength even more. This protects your roof from rain, wind, and other wear and tear.
How do you maintain a foam roof?
The more you maintain your roof day-to-day, the longer it will last. Along with recoating it every 8 to 10 years, regular cleanings keep your roof lasting a lifetime. Clear off any debris to prevent standing water or dirt buildups, specifically scuppers/drains.
Is the foam waterproof?
Because the foam is sprayed onto your roof without any seams, a foam roof is completely waterproof and durable against various weather conditions. The protective coating adds an extra layer of protection as well.
